Method offers Neurodiversity-Affirming Adult Autism Assessments (and optional ADHD evaluation) for adults who desire a full clinical assessment. We have a special interest in serving women (or those socialized as female), gifted, trans, and BIPOC individuals as these individuals may have traits of autism that have been overlooked or misunderstood.

Method now offers the Understanding Your Neurodivergent Journey Consultation Package for those who are curious about their areas of neurodivergence (highly masked Autism, ADHD, etc.) and would like to approach this process from a non-pathologizing, diagnosis-free, resource-focused framework.

What is Neurocomplexity?
Neurocomplexity: the gestalt interplay of neurodivergent wiring that includes increased complexity in the areas of cognition, sensory receptivity, cellular response, attention, creativity, and/or intuition. (Mackereth, 2023)
Neurocomplex individuals often have traits or identification of:
- Giftedness
- Autism (Highly Masked, self-identified, and later diagnosed included)
- ADHD
- Learning differences (dyslexia, dyscalculia, etc)
- Synesthesia
- Gender nonconformity
- Non-heteronormative Sexuality
- Chronic illness (Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS), Chronic Fatigue, Fibromyalgia, Migraine, POTS, & more)
