About.
Hi. I'm Lindsey Mackereth, founder of Method Creative and the Superwell Collective. Professionally trained in fine art, psychotherapy, and gifted integration, I have spent the last decade providing assessment, therapy and coaching for individuals who value creativity and experience the world through a gifted and/or another neurodivergent lens.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the honor of uncovering and refining my clinical power zones of integrating analytical and intuitive mapping to 1) efficiently assess for areas of strength + divergence and 2) bridge the gap between the vertices of divergent brainstorming and pragmatic pruning toward meaningful discernment and action.
I tend to work well with analytical, neurocomplex creatives who are curious about, and highly motivated to dig deep into, their own levels/flavors of creativity, neurocomplexity/giftedness, and neurodivergence and are prepared to apply these areas to increase expansion + depth. My clients have shared appreciation for my ability to collaborate through quick, multi-portal, purposeful discourse, and uncover an individual’s unique areas of divergence as well as gifts and potential for creative expansion.
Individual Neurocomplexity Coaching + Mentoring
I offer individual support (part coaching, part mentoring) to a limited number of adults who are encountering a season of curiosity about their neurocomplex wiring and have an inherent desire to deepen their relationships to their inner and outer worlds. I tend to work well with psychologically-minded, analytical, creative folx (a rare breed of unicorn). My clients have shared appreciation for my ability to collaborate through quick, multi-portal, purposeful discourse, and uncover an individual’s unique areas of divergence as well as gifts and potential for creative expansion.
The nature of my individual client work has evolved to be highly individualized with a focus on 1) neurocomplexity* (commonly labeled as autism, adhd, giftedness, ocd, etc.) integration into self-narrative to more astutely understand one's own needs, desires, + complexity and 2) applying this integration to context (work, relationships, boundaries, etc.) and intention setting. An initial assessment of neurocomplexity is included at the onset of these services.
Primary goal: congruent understanding of self to reduce energy consumption of resistance, masking, intellectualizing, and more. Secondary outcomes: less mental health distress, improved relationships, increased satisfaction, creativity, and joy in one's lived experience, existential alignment.
Sessions begin as exploratory into areas of divergence (formal assessment(s) upon request) and evolve into collaborative discourse, often around integrity to self. I use the framework of Design Thinking, work from a neurodiversity-affirming paradigm (vs. pathology paradigm), and integrate Jungian, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Existential, Solution-Focused, and Humanistic approaches.
Assessment + Neurocomplexity Consultation
In addition to coaching and mentoring services, I offer assessment and consultation in the forms of: Adult Autism Assessments and Neurocomplexity Consultation Sessions. I also provide organizational workshops as well as consultation with other creative and wellness professionals as they navigate a launch or growth of a values-aligned business venture.
Media Consultation
Lastly, I offer Media Consultation for writers, producers, and directors with script and neurodivergent (Autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, etc.) character development with the goal of affirming, realistic + respectful character depiction.

Neurocomplexity: the gestalt interplay of neurodivergent wiring that includes increased complexity in the areas of cognition, sensory receptivity, cellular response, attention, creativity, and/or intuition. (Mackereth, 2023)
