We'll explore the nature of positive disintegration, how it works, and explore/create methods and tools to engage transformation. |
Meet Rachel.
Hi! I'm Rachel. Nice to (internet) meet you. 👋🏼 I'm a neurodivergent (high+ gifted, multi-exceptional) human and coach who works with other "vast, deep, and flexible" thinkers, creatives, and (self-)leaders.
Uniquely skilled at engaging growth and transformation, I help my clients create expanded frames for understanding (and action!) through the use of existential exploration. My sweet spot? Where unlearning, meta-awareness, meaning-making, and integration meet.
I'm a great fit for people who are standing at the edge(s) of their current understanding; folks who are keen to explore the nature of things with another person who "gets it." I'm also a great fit for folks who are looking to create more space to inhabit their full, authentic selves.
Together, my clients and I facilitate their expansion through a creative, flexible meta-process of collaborative, relational inquiry. My approach is rooted in holistic inclusion, kindness, radical honesty, and co-creation. Helping my clients develop and nurture their inner authority is a core intention of mine, as well.
Clients often tell me I'm able to track their connections where others can't–I move *with them* through the intellectual, complex, abstract, and metaphorical with ease.
I rediscovered my own neurodivergence during a deep episode of positive disintegration that began in 2017, and believe that my lived experiences of trauma integration and identity reformation as a multi-exceptional person make me a unique fit for other high+ gifted/exceptional folks.
I'm so grateful for the many thousands of hours of coaching support I've been able to provide clients across the globe in the last few years–such a gift to be able to walk with others in their journeys. As an ardent believer in "walking the walk," I want to share my gratitude to those who've helped and taught me along the way, as well.
