Meet Shelena
Hi! I’m Shelena (she/her), a neurodivergent individual who believes in self-discovery beyond the labels and expectations the world imposes on us. I work with people who are navigating life through the lens of neurodiversity, seeking to understand themselves for who they truly are rather than who they’ve been told to be.
My own journey with neurodivergence has shaped how I see the world—questioning traditional narratives, embracing differences as strengths, and recognizing the power of self-awareness. Too often, neurodivergent experiences are framed through a deficit-based lens, forcing individuals to adapt to systems that weren’t designed for them. I believe in shifting that perspective, in honoring the ways our minds work, and in creating spaces where people can explore their identities without judgment.
I value curiosity, autonomy, and authenticity. Whether you're unmasking, redefining success, or simply trying to make sense of your experiences, I believe that understanding yourself is one of the most powerful tools you can have. My goal is to offer insights that empower people to navigate life in a way that feels natural and sustainable—on their own terms.
You don’t have to fit into the world’s mold. There is nothing wrong with thinking, feeling, or experiencing life differently. I’m here to affirm that your way of being is valid, valuable, and worth understanding.
