States of service: Minnesota & Colorado (Client must physically be in MN or CO at time of assessment) These services are specifically designed for adults/young adults who are highly verbal, curious about their own masking/neurodivergence in this area, and desiring a full clinical assessment. Erin has completed training on neurodiversity-affirming assessment by, and is in consultation with, Method's founder, Lindsey Mackereth, MA, LPCC, LADC. |
Meet Erin.
Hi!
I’m Erin Shobe (she/her), therapist, assessor, and late-in-life diagnosed neurodivergent. Aside from the letters behind my name, I am a therapist who believes in the connection between body, mind, and spirit, and these are things I explore with my clients to help them find balance. I believe you are the expert in you - and that I am merely a guide to help you explore and uncover that expert within yourself.
My training and professional experience is broad and combined with my personal experiences have given me perspective into the trauma we encounter in our world. These experiences have deepened my sense of empathy and my understanding that everyone’s journey is completely different - even if we experience seemingly the same trauma. Your story is your truth.
My job as an assessor and provider is to help you tell your story, to find your truths, to heal wounds, and to create the most fulfilling, balanced life possible. I am honored to be on this journey with you.
