Neuro-Inclusive Workplace Design Consulting by Lindsey Mackereth, founder of Method Creative and Superwell Collective, will provide tangible directives and deep discussion to guide your organization's environment + system design to more closely meet the needs of all minds and wiring. Lindsey comes with a wealth of experience in conducting neurodiversity-affirming assessment, consultation and leadership guidance.

Interior Design We will spend time in your space and go through our thorough sensory response checklist, noting any areas that are inclusive to the preference of neurodiverse communities as well as any areas that could use some attention. Areas of focus include:

What can we expect in the process? You can expect a version of the following procedural steps:
Schedule a Consultation Call with Lindsey Mackereth, Founder of Method Creative and Superwell Collective to determine overall strategy and establish timeline.
In-Office Visit: Lindsey will visit your office during a business day (4-5 hours) to observe your space(s), complete sensory checklist, and participate in mini-interviews with various staff.
Leadership Consultation: Lindsey will meet with one or many leadership representatives from your organization for 2 hours to review current policies and procedures, etc.
Consultation Review: Lindsey will meet with leadership for a 1-2 hour discussion on her recommendations for the organization, as well as actionable steps to consider, to become more Neuro-inclusive in multiple areas.
