This service is provided by the owner of Method Creative + Superwell Collective, Lindsey Mackereth, MA, LPCC, LADC, who has done creative strategy and marketing for both small and mid-sized businesses. 

What Can I Expect From Marketing Lab Sessions?
​Each session we have together will be packed with encouragement and tangible action steps driven by your specific needs. Sessions may include:

• setting exciting + values-driven goals for your practice
• branding + marketing strategies
• social media coaching +/or monthly management packages
• ​website consultation +/or creation

Our main goals for lab sessions are to 1) help you grow a business that aligns with your personal + professional missions and 2) keep you enthusiastic about your marketing presence so you can continue to do what you do win this world.


Services + Rates

Consultation Sessions: We talk, you create (with lots of support).

• MARKETING LAB CONSULTING: $1000 for a package of five (5) 90-minute consulting meetings 
• MARKETING LAB CONSULTING LITE: $250 for single 90-minute consulting meeting

Asset Creation + Management: We talk, Method creates (with lots of input from you).

• SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT CREATION + MANAGEMENT
  • ​Instagram Reel + Photo Session: $225 for 60 minute photo shoot
    • ​In-person 60 minutes photography/videography shoot session at Method Creative to create as many visual assets as possible for your social media use
    • Pre-Session Consultation Call: $100 for 30 minute call prior to your shoot to help with creative direction for shoot​
  • Instagram 30-Day Takeover: $750 for 30 days!
    • ​Lindsey from Method takes over your Instagram account for 30 days to drive engagement and get things rolling. 20+ posts, stories. Must complete an Instagram Reel + Photo Session first.
