What is Ecotherapy? Ecotherapy, aka nature therapy, is a therapeutic modality that focuses on the premise that time spent in nature can positively impact both the body and the mind. Recent studies have shown that experiences in natural settings can have a tremendous effect on individuals suffering from stress, anxiety + depression. Connecting with nature has been show to improve creative output by reducing creative block, igniting inspiration + increasing overall brain functioning.
Ecotherapy Sessions at Method. Method is offering VERY LIMITED individual and small circle outdoor ecotherapy sessions in September 2020. These experiences will include the following elements:
walk + talk outdoor sessions
seated or moving mediation in nature
creative experiential exercises + more!
