Lindsey Mackereth, MA, LPCC, LADC (founder of Method Creative) is now offering Neuro-Affirming Adult Autism Assessments at Method for adults/young adults who are verbal and curious about their own masking/neurodivergence in this area and desire a full clinical assessment. Women, gifted, trans and BIPOC individuals may have traits of ASD that have been overlooked or misunderstood by the mainstream culture (including mental health), and we have a special interest in serving these populations. ASD Assessment Battery at Method includes:
Step 1: Schedule appointment for 2-hour Interview by completing form on this page. We will send you dates times and, once we agree upon a date/time, an appointment confirmation email will be sent.
Step 2: Prior to your interview meeting, an email will be sent to you with a link to a private client portal in which you will complete initial paperwork and inventories prior to your interview session.
Step 3: Complete 2-Hour Interview session (virtual or in person)
Step 4: (Optional) We will send along inventories for a close friend, family member or partner to complete about you to send back to us.
Step 5: Attend 1-Hour Follow Up to discuss findings of assessment, ask questions and review recommendations.

Optional Giftedness Profiling
Based on Jen Havey Sallin's (Switzerland) theory of intelligence, these gifted profiles offer insight into your dominant areas of complexity and intensity. Lindsey Mackereth has been trained by Sallin and has been offering these profiles to her clients for the past few years. If you choose to add gifted profiling onto your autism assessment, it would be an additional session at a rate of $575 (or $750 to only do gifted profile without ASD assessment).

Autism diagnosis later in life can help you connect the dots of your inner matrix regarding past attempts at therapy, socializing, feeling like a human that never quite clicked for you. Heck, you might even seek support from other autistic communities and thrive (unmasked!).
- Adequate professional support. Therapy interventions and workplaces that are created for allistic individuals may not be helpful for autistic people. An autism diagnosis and recommendations can help you to find accurate support and to advocate for accommodations that best meet your needs.
