Hi. I’m Hayley, therapist, art therapist, and creativity coach at Method. Thanks for taking the time to learn more. I’m glad you’re here.
Therapy is a powerful tool in transforming the ways in which we relate to ourselves, others, and the world. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and my goal is to support you in creating lasting change in your life. I’m here to guide you in identifying and overcoming barriers to creating a life aligned with your values, developing tools to move forward, and connecting with and embracing your truest self along the way.
With a background in studio art and art therapy, I’m a firm believer in the restorative power of art. I’m also familiar with navigating the ebb and flow of the creative process. I aim to create an environment in which you are free to engage in art making as a tool for coping, self-expression, and growth. Integrating art making into the therapeutic process offers an opportunity to visually and experientially process, reflect, and gain insight. If you’re curious to learn more about how art therapy can fit into your therapeutic journey, don’t hesitate to reach out.
I'm a licensed professional clinical counselor in the state of Minnesota and have experience in counseling children, families, and adults in a variety of settings. With close to a decade of experience in the mental health field, I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with a wide range of individuals to support growth and positive change.
Change is possible. Let’s get started.
Interested in working together? I’d love to connect.
